We provide support to a variety of properties, including small hotels, boutique hotels, farmhouses, villas, and all-inclusive resorts, to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new Homestays and Villas for our portfolio
• Reach out to property owners and build strong partnerships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
• Maintain and update acquisition pipeline and reports

Who Should Apply:

• Students or recent graduates with an interest in hospitality, sales, or business development
• Students who aspire to make their own mark and work independently
• Willing to start everything from ground zero
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and research tools
