Relevant Hospitality / Managerial Experience

INDUSTRY-Hospitality / Vacation Rentals / Real Estate

EDUCATION-Hotel Management preferred or any Graduate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE-Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and source potential villas and property owners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, property developers and local contacts.
• Conduct property visits and evaluate villas for onboarding.
• Present StayOn Vacations business proposition and acquire new villa partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close acquisition deals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth property onboarding.
• Achieve monthly villa acquisition targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry in a managerial role.
• Hospitality background is a must.
• Hotel Management preferred; however, any graduate with good convincing and communication skills can apply.
• Excellent convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good communication skills in English and/or local language.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident in dealing with property owners.
• Willingness to travel extensively .
• Own bike with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Own laptop is mandatory.
