Job Description

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for the RCU Manager position to join our team in Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Risk Control Unit (RCU) checks and investigations for secured loan cases.
• Verify customer profiles, residence, business, property, and supporting documents.
• Identify potential fraud risks, discrepancies, and suspicious activities in loan applications.
• Conduct field investigations and coordinate with Sales, Credit, and other internal teams.
• Prepare detailed RCU reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support fraud prevention and risk mitigation for HL and LAP portfolios.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in RCU, fraud investigation, or field verification within an NBFC or banking sector.
• Experience in secured lending products, particularly Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP), is preferred.

• Strong investigation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field investigations.
• Candidates with relevant Telangana market knowledge will be preferred.
