Role Description The Video Editor Intern role is a remote internship focused on creating and refining engaging video content for YouTube and other digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into polished videos, adding graphics, titles, and basic motion elements, and ensuring audio and visuals are aligned with MotorNation's brand and editorial standards. The intern may assist with organizing footage, creating short-form clips from long-form content, and collaborating with the content team to support reviews, comparisons, and market analysis videos. This role offers exposure to automotive media, digital storytelling, and content production workflows while working closely with experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and visual storytelling for digital and social media formats.
• Ability to organize media files, follow brand guidelines, and work within established content workflows.
• Interest in the automotive sector, including EVs, market trends, and consumer-focused reviews, is highly beneficial.
• Reliable internet access, ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with a distributed team.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program (e.g., film, media, communication, digital content) is a plus but not required.
