Videographer / DOP

Job Summary

We're hiring a videographer/DOP to lead our in-house shoots for founder brands. You'll operate cinema cameras, design lighting, capture clean audio, and direct founders on set to get performances that convert.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-5 shoot days per week across founder brands.
• Operate Sony FX3 and other cinema-grade setups.
• Design and rig lighting for interviews, B-roll, and Reels.
• Capture broadcast-quality audio using lavs and boom.
• Direct founders on delivery, framing, and energy.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Sony mirrorless / cinema cameras.
• Strong lighting fundamentals (key/fill, practicals, natural).
• Confident directing non-actors on set.
• Reel or portfolio of shoot work - founders, brands, or ads preferred.
• Comfortable owning the shoot end-to-end.

Nice to Have

• Gimbal and drone experience.
• Colour science / LUT building knowledge.
• Basic edit skills for quick selects and previews.
