Role Description The Video Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This position is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, training materials, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams to develop video concepts, setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and managing post-production workflows. The role also involves maintaining a consistent visual style across video assets, organizing media libraries, and optimizing content for various platforms and new media channels. The Video Specialist is expected to contribute creative ideas, meet production timelines, and ensure all video outputs align with brand standards and project goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Media Production for end-to-end planning and execution of video projects.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Editing to manage post-production, including cutting, color grading, sound design, and exporting content for multiple platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Photography to capture high-quality visuals that complement video content and support marketing and product storytelling.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with New Media platforms to tailor video content for digital channels such as social media, web, and mobile applications.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field are beneficial; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
• Proficiency with industry-standard video and photo tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar software) and basic audio editing skills is advantageous.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines are required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment are important.
