Video Producer (Reels, Office Tours, Testimonials)

About the role

We're looking for a Videographer and Video Editor who can handle the full process: plan the shoot, shoot it, edit it, and deliver it. You'll join the marketing team and be responsible for all of AIHP's video content.

About AIHP

AIHP is a Gurugram-based provider of managed private offices, operating since 2011. We run 30+ commercial buildings across 8 business locations and serve 500+ corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (vertical, 15 to 60 seconds).

2. Shoot and edit office tour and building walk-through videos for our website, YouTube and sales team.

3. Plan, record and edit client testimonial interviews (single-camera setup, clean audio).

4. Create motion graphics: titles, lower thirds, captions, animated text and logo animations.

5. Colour-grade, mix audio and export in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 for each platform.

6. Prepare shot lists and coordinate shoot schedules and building access with the marketing team.

7. Maintain an organised footage and project archive.

8. Track video performance on Instagram and YouTube and suggest new content ideas.

Requirements

1. 3 to 4 years of experience as a videographer and video editor (both are required).

2. A portfolio with Reels, interior or real estate walk-throughs, and interview or testimonial videos.

3. Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

4. Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting setups and wireless lavalier mics.

5. Good understanding of Instagram Reels trends, hooks, pacing and captions.

6. Ability to direct non-actors (clients and employees) on camera.

7. Good communication in Hindi and English.

8. Willing to travel across Gurugram for shoots (all within the city).

Preferred (a plus, not mandatory)

1. Animation or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D or similar).

2. Own camera equipment (camera body, lenses, gimbal, lights, audio). Please list your kit in your application.

3. Prior work for real estate, hospitality, architecture or corporate brands.
