HirePro Technologies is hiring Proctoring Executives.

Role: Proctoring Executive

Work mode: Work from home

Education: Any
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)- Extentable basis on the performance
Reports To: Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring : Monitor live and recorded online assessments through proctoring tools and platforms.
• Malpractice Detection: Identify and report suspicious behaviour or potential cheating.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of exam sessions, including incidents and technical issues.
• Communication: Interact professionally with candidates, enforce exam rules, and provide guidance calmly.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and data privacy regulations.

Employment Details:

• Number of working days: 6 days a week

• Work timings: General shift timings
• Laptop: Will be provided by the organisation along with broadband expenses
• Work mode: Work from home
