What You'll Do
• Edit Instagram Reels, UGC, product videos, influencer content, and ad creatives
• Turn raw footage into engaging, polished short-form videos
• Add subtitles, text, transitions, music, sound eects, and other visual elements
• Create dierent versions of videos for social media and performance marketing
• Edit and repurpose influencer/creator content
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams on video briefs
• Keep up with trending Reel formats, editing styles, hooks, and sounds
• Ensure all videos align with Xtovia's brand identity and visual language
• Take feedback and make revisions quickly.
What We're Looking For
• Good understanding of short-form video content and Instagram Reels
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, A er Eects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography, and music
• Creative eye and attention to detail
• Understanding of what makes content engaging and scroll-stopping
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Portfolio/showreel is preferred
Portfolio is mandatory.
Candidates should share their portfolio along with their resume. Academic projects, personal projects, freelance work, or internship projects can also be included.
