About this role
Hiring: Video Editor & Creative Co-Founder for an Instagram Startup
I'm starting an Instagram page from scratch and looking for someone who wants to build it with me, not just edit videos.
What you'll do:
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels.
- Brainstorm content ideas and experiment with formats.
- Take ownership of content strategy and page growth.
- Think like a founder, not just an editor.
What's in it for you
- Good pay per reel from the beginning.
- 20% equity in the venture.
- 50% revenue share, subject to agreed terms.
- Creative freedom and a long-term partnership.
Not for people looking for just another editing gig. I'm looking for someone proactive who wants to build something meaningful from zero.
No portfolio That's okay. Your creativity, ideas, and willingness to build matter more.
DM me with your interest and any content ideas you have.
Let's build something together!
