Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging Reels and short-form videos with strong pacing, audio sync, and storytelling
• Add trendy music, sound effects, transitions, captions, and animations that resonate with current social media trends.
• Design supporting graphics, social media creatives, and video thumbnails to enhance visual impact.
• Repurpose existing footage into different formats (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads) to maximize content reach.
• Optimize video content for various platforms (aspect ratios, subtitles, compression settings, etc.)
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align videos with brand voice, marketing goals, and content calendars.
• Maintain an organized library of media assets and project files for easy retrieval and team collaboration.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, visual design, and content marketing
• Ensure consistency in branding by incorporating logos, colors, fonts, and other visual elements across all content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and video series
• Maintain version control and regular backups for all editing projects.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Google Veo, Kling 3.0, Runway, Seedance, Magnific and Higgsfield for content creation and workflow optimization.
• Expertise in SaaS video production, AI-powered video creation, and generative AI tools for creating engaging marketing videos and digital content.

Who Should Apply

● Minimum 3 years of experience in Video editingand shooting (specifically short-form content)

● Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro,After Effect,Photoshop and llustrator .(Mandatory)

● Coral Draw is a added advantage.

● Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form storytelling

● Basic understanding of camera handling, lighting, and framing

● Strong creative eye and attention to detail

● A portfolio or sample work is required.
