Video Editor

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage into clear, engaging stories
• Shape structure and pacing to keep viewers watching
• Handle sound design, music, b-roll and on-screen text
• Cut short-form clips from long-form videos
• Work with writers and producers, take feedback and turn revisions around on time

This is a full-time role. We also have freelance work on a project-by-project basis if that suits you better.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 2-4 years of video editing experience, ideally on YouTube long-form content
• A portfolio with long-form work (required)
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus
• A good sense of storytelling, pacing and what keeps an audience watching
• Clear communication and ownership of your deadlines
• Bonus: experience with tech, business or pop culture content, or motion graphics
