Role & responsibilities

• Edit high-quality real estate videos, property walkthroughs, project showcases, and promotional videos.
• Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Design creative graphics, social media posts, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content aligned with the brand.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, storytelling, and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of video editing, graphic designing, motion graphics, and animations.
• Prior experience in creating real estate videos and property-related content is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of colour grading, sound editing, transitions, and visual effects.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work is required.

Preferred Candidate: An all-rounder who can independently manage video editing, graphics, motion design, and real estate content creation.
