About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Video Editor to produce engaging short-form promotional videos, Instagram Reels, and brand content for Whiffit and PurposeHealthcareLabs. The candidate will help build brand awareness, communicate key messages, and create visually compelling content tailored to each brand’s target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos, brand stories, and social media creatives for both brands.
• Edit raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and text animations.
• Develop creative video concepts aligned with each brand’s positioning, tone, and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on Instagram trends, viral formats, trending audio, and emerging editing styles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas, campaign videos, and promotional initiatives.
• Create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain consistent visual quality while adapting creative styles to the needs of both brands.
• Incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects, and deliver content within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, social media content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling, audience retention, and social media trends.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics, transitions, color grading, typography, and sound design.
• Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage content requirements for multiple brands simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing Reels, promotional videos, or brand-focused social media content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, healthcare, wellness, or digital-first brands.
• Understanding of social media marketing, brand positioning, and performance-driven video creatives.
• Ability to suggest fresh content ideas rather than simply edit videos based on instructions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing and content creation tools.
