Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute video editing workflows for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive views and engagement
• Edit, trim, add effects, and optimize high-quality videos, including reels, stories, ads, and long-form content tailored to brand voices
• Monitor video trends, incorporate feedback, and enhance audio-visual elements to boost retention
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Analytics or platform insights, reporting KPIs to optimize edits.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and client teams on cross-channel campaigns, ensuring compliance with Indian digital marketing regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in an agency handling hospitality, fashion, IT, or education sectors
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and motion graphics software.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and project management skills with a go-getter attitude for deadlines.
• Excellent communication for client revisions and team coordination.
