About the role

You transform raw footage into polished, compelling visual stories that elevate our brand and product experience. From longform edits to short social content, you own the entire postproduction pipeline - video editing, colour grading, sound enhancement, motion graphics integration, and modern AIassisted workflows. In a category as complex as insurance, crisp storytelling and highquality visuals become a strategic differentiator.

Key responsibilities

• Edit videos endtoend for marketing campaigns, product explainers, podcasts and customer communication.
• Deliver shortform content for social platforms Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Meta ads.
• Perform professional colour correction and colour grading (Cine, Log footage, LUT management) to achieve a consistent brand look.
• Execute greenscreen keying, background removal, rotoscoping, and basic VFX cleanup.
• Enhance audio through basic sound design noise reduction, EQ balancing, ambience layering, SFX syncing.
• Create simple to moderate motion graphics (text animation, UI elements, transitions) for explainers and marketing videos.
• Apply AIassisted tools for video enhancement upscaling, AI masking, denoising, autocaption generation, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate closely with design, brand, and marketing to maintain creative consistency across all content.
• Manage organized timelines, project files, layers, sequences, and export workflows for crossteam usage.
• Maintain a reusable library presets, LUTs, graphics templates, sound packs, captions, transitions.
• Optimize video outputs for multiple platforms and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5).
• Work with creative leads to evolve the brand’s visual language in motion, colour, and storytelling.

Must-have skills

Premiere Pro | After Effects | Colour Grading (Lumetri, DaVinci Resolve basics) | Greenscreen keying | Video compositing | Basic sound design | Motion graphics fundamentals | Storyboarding | Asset management | AI-powered editing tools.

Good to have

DaVinci Resolve (advanced grading) | Photoshop for compositing | Scripting templates in After Effects | Advanced VFX tracking | Multicam editing | Visual storytelling for ads | AI training for custom video models.

Portfolio requirements

Must include at least:
• One professionally edited marketing or brand video
• One socialfirst video (Reels/Shorts)
• One motiongraphics infused explainer or product video
• At least one example of colour grading and greenscreen removal
