About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor who understands that good editing is not just about putting clips together. It's about pace, storytelling, transitions, sound, visual language and knowing exactly when to not add another transition.

This role is for someone who is creatively curious, visually sharp and comfortable experimenting with different formats and styles of content. You'll work across brand campaigns, social content, digital films, reels and other fast-moving creative projects.

What You'll Do

• Edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, brand films and other content formats.
• Work closely with creative, design and account teams to translate ideas into strong visual content.
• Understand pacing, composition, transitions, typography, sound design and visual storytelling.
• Adapt edits across different platforms, formats and aspect ratios.
• Bring references, trends and new visual styles to the table rather than waiting for a brief to tell you everything.
• Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Explore emerging tools and workflows, including GenAI-based video creation and editing.

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in video editing, including fresh graduates with a strong portfolio.
• A strong understanding of visual design and storytelling.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other relevant editing/design software.
• A portfolio/showreel that demonstrates strong editing sensibility and creative thinking.
• Someone who is curious, experimentative and genuinely interested in how visual content is made.
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Exposure to GenAI video tools/workflows is a plus.

Education:

We'd particularly love to hear from candidates coming from strong design and creative institutions such as NIFT, Miami Ad School, NID, ATLAS ISDI, JJ School of Art, L.S. Raheja or similar institutes.

That said, your portfolio matters more than the name on your degree.
