Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing
   
• Edit raw video footage into professional and engaging videos.
• Create videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Perform cutting, sequencing, transitions, color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
• Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional clips, and educational videos.
2. Healthcare & Medical Content
   
• Edit videos related to doctors, medical procedures, departments, facilities, patient education, health awareness, and hospital services.
• Ensure medical content is presented clearly and professionally.
• Maintain appropriate sensitivity and confidentiality while handling patient-related footage.
3. Social Media Content
   
• Develop engaging video content according to social media trends and platform requirements.
• Create captions, subtitles, text overlays, animations, and graphical elements.
• Optimize videos for different aspect ratios such as 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
4. Shooting & Production Support
   
• Assist in video shoots, interviews, doctor presentations, events, health camps, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, social media executives, doctors, and other departments.
• Support basic camera, lighting, microphone, and recording requirements where required.
5. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects
   
• Create basic motion graphics, animated titles, logos, transitions, and visual effects.
• Incorporate branding elements consistently into videos.
• Prepare professional intros, outros, lower thirds, and promotional graphics.
6. Audio & Color
   
• Perform basic audio editing, noise reduction, voice enhancement, and background music synchronization.
• Perform color correction and basic color grading to maintain consistent video quality.
7. Content & Campaign Support
   
• Develop videos for hospital campaigns, health awareness initiatives, admission campaigns, events, celebrations, and promotional activities.
• Convert long-form videos into multiple short-form content pieces.
• Support marketing campaigns with creative video assets.
8. File & Project Management
   
• Maintain organized video footage, project files, graphics, music, and final outputs.
• Ensure proper backup and storage of important media files.
• Follow appropriate naming and version-control practices.
9. Quality Control
   
• Review completed videos for visual quality, audio clarity, spelling, branding, and technical specifications.
• Ensure videos meet the required platform specifications before publishing.
• Incorporate feedback from management and concerned departments.
10. Other Responsibilities

• Stay updated with video-editing techniques, software, social media trends, and emerging content formats.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational and patient-related information.
• Perform other media and creative assignments as assigned by management.
