Video Editor

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to produce high-quality video content primarily for real estate clients, while also contributing to content across other industries we serve. You'll play a key role in shaping how our clients' brands are presented on social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content for real estate listings, project walkthroughs, testimonials, and promotional campaigns
• Create reels, shorts, and social media-first video content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Collaborate with the content and social media team to align videos with campaign goals and brand tone
• Work on motion graphics, transitions, color correction, and audio syncing to enhance video quality
• Repurpose raw footage/property shoots into polished, client-ready content within quick turnaround times
• Stay updated with trending video formats and editing styles across social platforms
• Take on video editing projects for clients in other industries (hospitality, retail, education, etc.) as needed

Required Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Experience editing content specifically for real estate (walkthroughs, drone footage, listing videos) is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• A portfolio/reel showcasing previous work is required

Good to Have

• Prior experience working with a real estate brand, developer, or property marketing agency
• Familiarity with short-form content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Basic photography/videography skills for on-site shoots
