One is a founder-led YouTube channel with a real audience. The other is a performance advertiser buying reach every day. You will feel the difference in how you cut for each.
What you will do
Cut YouTube videos for Scentedelic, from raw rushes to the published film.
Cut ads for Meta and Google for Canon Quartz, including the hook and length variants a media buyer needs to test.
Build titles, supers and transitions that hold the brand look across both.
Deliver in every ratio a platform asks for: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1.
What we are looking for
The floor, not negotiable:
- One year or more of editing behind you, on a job or on paid freelance work.
- Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, both, at working speed. One without the other is not enough.
- A reel or a folder of cuts you made yourself, with a line on each saying what was your hand.
What moves you up the pile:
- Motion design. You build the graphic, you do not only place someone else's.
- An ear for sound: music choice, ducking, effects that land on the cut.
- Colour matching across shots filmed on different days.
What we never ask for:
A degree, a diploma, or any minimum education. This is a skill role. The reel and the test film decide it.
Pay, process and logistics
₹32,000 per month in-hand from the first month, with increments on performance. Full time and in-house, at the brands studio at Shyamal Cross Roads, Ahmedabad. Remote option available after work validation.
The test film after shortlisting is 35 to 40 seconds, cut to a brief we send you once you are shortlisted. It carries more weight than the CV.
