Video Editor

Role & responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging videos for real estate projects, properties and social media platforms.
  • Edit property walkthroughs, site visit videos, promotional videos, reels and short-form content.
  • Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, graphics and other visual elements as required.
  • Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional content according to current trends.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to understand content requirements.
  • Edit raw footage from property shoots and convert it into professional marketing videos.
  • Ensure videos maintain consistent branding, quality and visual style.
  • Organize and manage video footage, project files and completed content.
  • Deliver projects within agreed timelines and make revisions based on feedback.
  • Stay updated with social media video trends, editing techniques and content formats.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 13 years of experience in video editing preferred; freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
  • Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media content formats.
  • Knowledge of transitions, color correction, audio editing, motion graphics and subtitles.
  • Creative mindset with good visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with the marketing team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in real estate, property marketing or digital marketing content will be an advantage.
