Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. This role involves editing and assembling raw video footage into polished, engaging content for digital platforms, including promotional videos, product showcases, tutorials, and social media content. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project objectives and maintain brand consistency. Day-to-day responsibilities include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, audio, and motion graphics, performing color correction and grading, and preparing final exports in required formats. The role also includes organizing video assets, maintaining project files, and contributing creative ideas to improve visual storytelling aligned with Sadhna.co's spiritual and cultural vision.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation of video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create visual elements, titles, and animations that support storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) is expected.
• Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and narrative, with attention to detail and audio-visual synchronization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow creative briefs, and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Relevant experience in editing content for e-commerce, cultural, or spiritual brands is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
