What You'll Do

1. Edit & Polish: Transform raw footage into high-impact videos for property showcases, marketing campaigns, and social media.
2. Post-Production: Execute seamless cuts, motion graphics, graphic overlays, audio mixing, and color grading (DaVinci Resolve/Premiere Pro/After Effects).
3. Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with marketing and property teams to deliver visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
4. Creative Input: Stay ahead of video trends and pitch fresh ideas to elevate visual content.
5. Social Media Publishing: Prepare, schedule, and publish video content across Instagram and YouTube, optimizing formats, captions, thumbnails, titles, and posting times for maximum reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience in end-to-end video editing and motion graphics (Geolayering, Portfolio/Showreel required).
2. Expertise with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
3. Strong eye for framing, color grading, visual pacing, and brand aesthetics.
4. On-site collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Grade Opportunity):

1. Local Geo-Mapping Knowledge: Experience integrating aerial/map-based graphics and location overlays into property showcases.
2. Social Media & SEO Mastery: Understanding platform algorithms, video SEO, content distribution, and posting strategies to maximize reach.
