Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for creating and refining video content that supports Fitspire's health and wellness messaging across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into compelling, brand-aligned videos, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance viewer engagement. The role involves collaborating with marketing and creative teams to understand campaign goals, maintain consistent visual branding, and optimize content for social media and other channels. The Video Editor will also organize and manage media assets, ensure timely delivery of projects, and stay current with industry trends and best practices in video production.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Good understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and content optimization.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
