Founded in 2021, House of Social is a creative marketing agency specialising in converting e-commerce and local businesses into trusted household brands in Lucknow. The company offers services in branding, digital marketing, website building and content creation.

Role Description: We're on the lookout for a creative and agile mind to join us as a Junior Video Editor in our Lucknow office. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll lead independent video editing of Founders and Brand Reels for a range of exciting brands, including a fast-growing jewellery label, hospital and more.

What will you work on

1. Technical Proficiency:

• Gain proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).
• Collaborate with the team to integrate data management tools and practices into the video editing process.
• Assist in editing video content, ensuring a high standard of creativity and quality.
• Work with raw footage to assemble and edit sequences based on project requirements.

2. Data Management:

• Organize and manage media assets, including footage, graphics, and sound elements, ensuring a systematic and efficient data structure.
• Implement data management best practices to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration within the team.

3. Collaboration & Support:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives.
• Work closely with other team members, including graphic designers and animators, to ensure a cohesive final product.
• Assist in maintaining project timelines and supporting the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
• Use data management skills to facilitate smooth project workflows and asset accessibility.

4. Feedback, Improvement, and Adaptability:

• Actively seek feedback for continuous improvement in video editing and data management skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability to evolving project requirements and a willingness to take on new challenges.
