Video Editor

Role & responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for academic content, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Strategy team on conceptualisation and execution of video projects
• Create reels, shorts, and long-form content optimised for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to elevate production quality
• Manage raw footage, organise assets, and maintain a clean content library
• Ensure all content is on-brand, on-time, and on-brief
• Stay current with video trends, formats, and platform algorithm preferences

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of hands-on video editing experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios will be considered)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of After Effects or CapCut for motion graphics and reels
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in educational or youth-oriented content is a plus
• A portfolio that demonstrates range from snappy social content to polished brand videos
