About The Role
We're seeking a passionate and creative Video Editor to join our growing kids content team in Bengaluru. If you have a knack for crafting engaging, high-quality videos that captivate young audiences through compelling storytelling, this role is made for you. As a Video Editor at BabyBillion, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos that resonate with children and their families. You will work closely with content creators, animators, and the creative team to ensure that each video aligns with our brand voice, educational goals, and entertainment standards. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual composition. Experience with motion graphics, basic visual effects, and color correction is highly desirable. A good grasp of audio editing, synchronization, and sound design is also required. The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail is crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital, especially when working within a dynamic creative team. Experience in editing content for YouTube or digital platforms will be considered an advantage.

- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio balancing to deliver professional-quality output.
- Maintain organization of video assets, project files, and media libraries for efficient workflow management.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising on quality, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
