Video Editor & Videographer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, video editing, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, YouTube, and promotional activities.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting support, filming, editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery.
• Capture high-quality podcasts, motivational videos, cinematic B-roll, promotional campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, visual effects, and animations where required.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to create compelling visual content.
• Ensure all videos are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
• Maintain and organize video files, project assets, and production equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, camera technologies, and social media content formats.
• Operate and manage cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, microphones, and other production equipment during indoor and outdoor shoots.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3- 8 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Media Encoder.
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras, along with professional lighting and audio equipment.
• Good understanding of composition, framing, lighting, color grading, storytelling, and cinematic shot composition.
• Ability to create engaging podcasts, motivational videos, reels, advertisements, corporate videos, and branded digital content.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion graphics and basic animation.
• Knowledge of photography and image editing.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and content strategies.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and cinematic aesthetics.
