Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience in sports, entertainment, or media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing sports/entertainment content for social media and streaming.
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Knowledge of sports culture, fan engagement, and entertainment storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fastpaced environments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Video editing & production
  
• Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, streaming, and promotional campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure videos meet platform requirements (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, OTT streaming).
• Photo editing & design
  
• Retouch and optimize photos for marketing, events, and digital campaigns.
• Create thumbnails, posters, and promotional graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Creative storytelling
  
• Collaborate with marketing, sponsorship, and event teams to translate sports and entertainment moments into engaging content.
• Develop highlight reels, athlete profiles, behindthescenes features, and tournament recaps.
• Content strategy & innovation
  
• Stay updated on trends in sports media, fan engagement, and digital storytelling.
• Experiment with new formats (shortform reels, live streaming overlays, AR/VR elements).
• Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and shareability.
• Workflow & quality control
  
• Manage editing timelines and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and version control.
