Video Editor & Social Media Content Manager

Location: Gaur City Center, Noida Extension / Greater Noida West

Full-time, permanent; work from office. Experience: 2-4 years.

Salary: INR 4-5.5 lakh per annum, depending on portfolio and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Create engaging video and social media content for UK-based businesses and brands, primarily in property, construction, development and hospitality. Take ownership of editing, repurposing and publishing using footage and photographs supplied by our UK team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit Reels, Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, talking-head content, property walkthroughs, project updates, interviews and promotional videos.

- Build strong hooks, clear stories and engaging pacing. Use captions, B-roll, motion graphics, music and sound design appropriately.

- Carry out colour correction and audio cleanup, and deliver platform-ready exports.

- Turn one recording into multiple useful pieces of content. Proactively identify opportunities in our existing footage library.

- Maintain content calendars; adapt captions, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and covers; schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

- Review performance and suggest improvements to retention, engagement and audience growth.

- Research relevant creators, competitors and formats; propose ideas that suit each brand.

- Organise footage, project files, final exports and brand assets; manage deadlines across multiple projects.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio of work personally completed.

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent professional editing workflow. After Effects / motion graphics capability is valuable.

- Strong storytelling, short-form editing, hooks and audience-retention skills.

- Good written English and ability to understand spoken British English.

- Ability to work independently, maintain quality and meet deadlines across several brands.

- Willingness to work from our Gaur City Center office. No remote or hybrid arrangement.

- Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Descript and AI-assisted production tools are useful additional skills.

Agency experience, international client work and property/construction/business content experience are advantageous.
