Video Editor (Short-form)

About the Role

Were hiring a Short-form Video Editor who can turn raw founder footage into scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts, and TikToks. Youll edit for 10+ founder brands across niches - every cut, every zoom, every sound design choice matters.

What You'll Do

• Edit 40-60 short-form videos per month (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Cut hooks that stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds.
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and B-roll.
• Collaborate with strategists and script writers to match edit style to brand voice.
• Iterate based on performance data - whats retaining, whats not.

What We're Looking For

• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends, formats, and native aesthetics.
• Ability to work fast without dropping quality.
• Portfolio with at least 5 short-form edits youre proud of.

Nice to Have

• Motion design chops (kinetic typography, transitions).
• Colour grading experience in DaVinci or Lumetri.
• Prior experience editing for personal brands or creators.

Why This Role

• Your edits go live to real founder audiences - no dummy work.
• Full in-house team: shooters, strategists, writers under one roof.
• Modern edit bay with high-spec workstations.
• Performance bonuses for edits that break 100K+ reach.
