Stipend: 3,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editing Intern with a good grasp of editing fundamentals and basic editing tools to join our creative team for a 6-month internship. You'll work on real client projects — from social media reels to promotional videos — gaining hands-on experience across content formats for digital and marketing use.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Assist senior editors with promotional and marketing video projects for clients
• Add captions, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics to video content
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to align videos with campaign requirements
• Organize and manage raw footage and project files systematically
• Support quick turnaround edits for time-sensitive client content

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of editing fundamentals — pacing, transitions, sound syncing, basic color correction
• Willingness to commit to the full 6-month internship duration — this is compulsory and non-negotiable
• Must have a personal laptop
• Graphic design or motion graphics skills are an added advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
