Our remote-first team turns raw footage into high-impact, platform-optimized videos-leveraging automation, motion graphics, and AI-assisted editing to scale content velocity without sacrificing quality.
Role Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into polished, brand-consistent outputs for social, web, and internal use-optimizing for platform-specific specs (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Apply transitions, color grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics using industry-standard tools to enhance storytelling and retention
- Collaborate with content strategists and designers to align edits with campaign goals, tone, and CTAs
- Organize and label project assets for seamless handoff and future reuse across team members
- Support A/B testing of video variants by rapidly iterating on cuts, captions, and pacing based on performance data
- Stay current with emerging video trends, templates, and platform algorithm updates to continuously refine output quality
Skills Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (basic motion graphics)
- Adobe Audition
- CapCut or InShot (for mobile/platform-optimized edits)
- YouTube Studio / Instagram Insights (for performance optimization)
- Google Drive / Dropbox (media asset management)
- Preferred
- Experience with Canva Video or Pictory for AI-assisted editing
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly thumbnails and titles
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ short-form or long-form edited videos (even personal projects)
