About the role

We're looking for a creative person who can edit video and design, and who uses AI to produce the

output of a small studio. You'll help define how Rupeek looks everywhere: performance ads, social

content, our website, and the posters and hoardings people see in branches and on the street.

What you'll do

• Video for paid and organic: edit performance ads for Meta, YouTube and Google, along with Reels, Shorts and YouTube content.
• Digital statics: design static and carousel ads, social posts, thumbnails, and email and WhatsApp.
• Website: create banners, landing page sections, illustrations and offer creatives.
• Print and OOH: design hoardings, branch signage, standees, posters and pamphlets, print-ready
• Brand system: maintain templates and an asset library so the team can handle simple requests themselves.

What you bring

• 5+ years of video editing and design for a brand, D2C or fintech company, or a performance creative agency.
• A sharp eye for short-form video: strong hooks, pacing, captions and sound, with a clear sense of what works on each platform.
• Strong design fundamentals in typography, layout and colour, including vernacular scripts.
• Hands-on skill with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma, plus AI tools for image, video and voice.
• Demonstrated experience & bias towards integrating AI into workflows and building AI systems.
• Print production know-how: CMYK, bleed and large-format files.
• Speed and ownership: you're comfortable juggling many requests and turning feedback around the same day.

Good to have:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication,Fine Arts, or a related discipline from a recognized institution
• Motion graphics, basic shooting for UGC-style content
