We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and result-driven Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of professional experience in video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and AI-powered video content creation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, excellent storytelling skills, and hands-on experience creating engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication. The candidate should be comfortable using modern design tools, AI video generation platforms, and emerging creative technologies to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Video Editing Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, explainer videos, and corporate videos.
• Handle video trimming, sequencing, transitions, colour correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Develop compelling video stories that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create platform-specific video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Work with marketing teams to transform creative briefs, scripts, and raw footage into polished video content.
• Maintain consistent quality, branding, and turnaround times across all video projects.

Graphic Design Responsibilities

• Design creative and visually appealing graphics for social media posts, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Develop marketing creatives, campaign visuals, infographics, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, including colours, typography, layouts, and design elements.
• Create engaging visual content that communicates marketing messages clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
• Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and advertising formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

AI Video Generation & Creative Technology

• Use AI-powered video generation tools to create innovative videos, animations, promotional content, and visual storytelling assets.
• Have hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar tools.
• Use AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, voiceovers, background generation, and automated video production.
• Apply AI-assisted tools for image generation, background removal, visual enhancement, subtitle generation, and creative editing.
• Write effective prompts for AI-generated visuals and videos to achieve the desired style, quality, and brand consistency.
• Explore emerging AI tools and creative technologies to improve productivity, creativity, and content production efficiency.
• Ensure AI-generated content meets quality standards and appropriate brand, copyright, and usage requirements.

Tools & Technical Skills

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design platforms.
• Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects and other animation tools.
• AI Video Generation: Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, or equivalent platforms.
• AI Image Generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL•E, or similar tools.
• Audio & Voiceovers: Experience with audio editing, sound design, AI voiceovers, and background music integration.
• File Management: Ability to manage source files, project files, brand assets, and export formats efficiently.
• Social Media Formats: Knowledge of video dimensions, aspect ratios, resolution, compression, and platform-specific content requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and creative campaigns.
• Practical experience using AI-powered video generation and image creation tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, colour theory, typography, and design principles.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, digital content formats, and audience engagement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent visual quality.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual content.
• Good communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.
