The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends. This role is not limited to editing videos. Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

• Create engaging content with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, sound effects, and visual storytelling.

• Understand current social media trends and implement relevant editing styles.

• Suggest creative ideas and concepts to improve content performance.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop engaging video campaigns.

• Experiment with different formats, trends, and storytelling techniques.

• Ensure all videos align with Zerozilla s brand voice and quality standards.

• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain organised project files and editing workflows.

What We re Looking For

• Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in video editing.

• Strong interest in creating short-form content for social media platforms.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content formats.

• Ability to identify trends and adapt them creatively.

• Hands-on experience with editing tools like:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• CapCut

• Adobe After Effects

• DaVinci Resolve

• Basic understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and audio editing.

• Strong storytelling skills and creative thinking.

• Ability to contribute ideas instead of only executing given instructions.

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve.
