Video Editor Executive

About the Role

As a Video Editor, you will create high-quality video content for digital marketing, social media, advertisements, campaigns, and brand communication. The role requires strong editing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging videos that support the company's marketing and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert raw footage, scripts, voiceovers, and content ideas into polished, professional, and high-converting videos.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms, advertisements, landing pages, webinars, YouTube, Reels, and other digital channels.
• Create multiple versions of video ads for A/B Testing, including different hooks, opening CTAs, text overlays, thumbnails and durations.
• Edit and create engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Improve video quality through colour correction, audio balancing, noise reduction, pacing, framing and overall visual enhancement.
• Edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, interviews, and educational content.
• Add transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.
• Ensure high-quality video output with clear audio and visuals.
• Work with the marketing team to understand video requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Review and improve videos based on feedback.
• Stay up to date on social media video trends, ad formats, editing styles, hooks, transitions and platform-based practices.
• Take team feedback and revise videos quickly while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software.
• Experience in editing social media reels, YouTube videos, and promotional content.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour correction, and audio editing.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous video editing work is preferred.
• A candidate with experience in editing videos for coaches, consultants, education brands, webinars , online courses, personal brands or digital marketing campaigns will be preferred.
