Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor to join our shared creative studio. The role involves editing customer testimonials, webinars, product videos, event footage, and social media content for multiple ACS brand lines, including Chaos, Corel, Nitro, AMDSapphire, and ARS. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality videos within defined turnaround timelines while maintaining consistent brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Edit testimonial, customer story, webinar, and product videos into polished long-form content.
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and social media clips from event and field footage.
• Repurpose every long-form video into a minimum of three short-form derivatives within 10 days of project completion.
• Ensure visual consistency by following brand guidelines across all ACS brands.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, titles, lower thirds, subtitles, and audio enhancements to improve video quality.
• Collaborate with marketing executives and the marketing head to understand creative briefs and campaign objectives.
• Deliver projects within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs):
• Short-form videos: Within 1 working day
• Long-form videos: Within 3 working days
• Organize and manage video assets, project files, and editing timelines efficiently.
• Review and incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Media Encoder.
• Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
• Experience in editing content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, color correction, and audio editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Film Editing, or a related field.
• 13 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form video editing projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B technology or software brands.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and automated captioning software.
• Basic knowledge of camera formats, codecs, and video production workflows.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely delivery of projects as per SLA.
• Successful creation of three or more short-form videos from each long-form asset within 10 days.
• Consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all ACS brands.
• Quality of edits, stakeholder satisfaction, and engagement performance of published content.
