Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

Wingman Realty is looking for a hands-on Video Editor & AI Content Creator who can combine traditional video editing with modern AI-powered content creation.

This role will support three areas of our content ecosystem:

Founder Personal Brand — interviews, market insights, business journey, leadership and thought-leadership content.

Wingman Realty — project marketing, property content, market updates, developer content and advertising creatives.

Sales Team Content — simple, repeatable video formats that help our property consultants build their individual presence without requiring full production every time.

We're looking for someone who can produce high-quality content consistently and quickly, rather than spending days perfecting a single video.

What You'll Do

• Edit raw footage including founder interviews, property/project walkthroughs, market commentary, podcasts, meetings and behind-the-scenes content.
• Turn long-form footage into engaging Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content.
• Edit longer-form videos when required.
• Use AI video and image-generation tools to create content where traditional production isn't practical or fast enough.
• Produce AI-assisted project explainers, property visuals, concept videos, social-media creatives and paid-ad variations.
• Work from scripts and briefs provided by the Social Media Manager and Performance Marketing Manager.
• Add professional captions, subtitles, transitions, lower thirds, graphics, music and sound design where appropriate.
• Maintain a consistent premium visual identity across Wingman content.
• Keep the founder's personal content and Wingman Realty's company content visually distinctive, while ensuring both remain aligned with The Wingman Group's overall brand.
• Develop simple templates that allow the sales team to create professional content without requiring full editing support for every post.
• Maintain an organised content library covering raw footage, edited videos, templates, project assets, brand files and reusable creative elements.
• Create multiple creative variations for paid advertising when required.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Performance Marketing Manager so organic content, founder content and paid advertising remain aligned.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on video-editing capability using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent professional editing software.
• Genuine practical experience with AI video and image-generation tools used in actual content production—not simply familiarity with AI.
• Strong understanding of short-form video editing, especially hooks, pacing, captions, storytelling and retention.
• Ability to produce content consistently and work to regular deadlines.
• Good understanding of what performs on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Ability to take raw footage and independently identify the strongest moments for short-form content.
• Strong attention to visual quality and brand consistency.
• Organised approach to file management and digital assets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
  

Good to Have

• Real estate/property content experience.
• Experience editing founder or personal-brand content.
• Basic motion graphics capability.
• Strong design sense for thumbnails, lower thirds and animated overlays.
• Experience creating paid social-media ad creatives.
• Photography or videography skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with current generative AI workflows for video, images, voice and creative production.
  

What This Role Is Not

This is not purely a traditional video-editing position.

We want someone who understands that modern content production increasingly combines:

Real Footage + Professional Editing + AI Tools + Fast Creative Experimentation

At the same time, we do not want our content to look obviously AI-generated.

The final output should remain natural, premium, credible and consistent with The Wingman Group brand.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates should be prepared to share examples of:

• Short-form/Reels they have personally edited
• Long-form video work
• AI-generated or AI-assisted video/image content
• Social-media advertising creatives, if available
• Founder/personal-brand content, if available
