Video Creator Shoot & Edit — Roles & Responsibilities

• Shoot videos and Reels at OSG sites, events and field activities.
• Create vertical-first content while capturing additional footage for future use.
• Edit videos quickly, including same-day event coverage and next-day shoot deliverables.
• Focus on strong first frames and engaging openings for short-form videos.
• Conduct and shoot interviews with founders, waste workers, RWA members, school students and clients.
• Add accurate subtitles in the appropriate language.
• Ensure good-quality audio along with visuals.
• Capture before-and-after documentation of projects and field activities.
• Maintain an organised photo and video archive by site and date.
• Provide usable event photographs to the team within a day.
• Experiment with current short-form video formats and trends.
