Spice Profile is a USDA Organic spice brand built around a simple idea: spices should be made with transparency, care, and nothing unnecessary.

We are growing our content team and are looking for a creative Video Creator who can bring our spices to life through engaging, useful, and natural-looking video content.

The Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating videos and has a good understanding of what makes food, product, and social media content engaging.

You will work closely with our content and marketing team to create short-form videos for products, social media, Amazon, creator campaigns, and other digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can not only edit videos but also come up with ideas, plan and turn a brief into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for Spice Profile's spices and products.
• Develop video concepts based on product briefs, campaigns, and content ideas.
• Shoot and edit engaging product, food, recipe, and lifestyle videos.
• Create videos suitable for Instagram, Amazon, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Edit footage with appropriate pacing, transitions, text, music, voiceovers, and other elements.
• Create product-focused videos that communicate flavor, usage, texture, and key product features naturally.
• Repurpose existing footage into multiple short-form content pieces.
• Work with the content team to understand briefs, feedback, and campaign requirements.
• Keep up with current short-form video formats and social media trends.
• Maintain consistency with Spice Profile's visual style and brand guidelines.
• Organize video files, footage, and project assets efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

• 02 years of experience in video creation, editing, social media content, or a related field. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, storytelling, and presentation.
• Ability to create engaging content.
• Interest in food, cooking, lifestyle, or product content is a plus.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently turn it into a video.
• Comfortable experimenting with different video styles and formats.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to incorporate feedback.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation/editing is a plus.

What Would Make You Stand Out

• A strong portfolio of short-form videos, especially food, product, lifestyle, or social media content.
• Experience creating Reels, Shorts, Amazon product videos, or similar content.
• Ability to create as well as edit videos.
• Good understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Basic knowledge of food styling or recipe presentation.
• Ability to create content that feels natural and useful rather than overly promotional.
