Video Content Creator & Editor

Role :

We're looking for a Video Content Creator who doesn't just edit reels, but knows why they go viral. ReyAI is India's AI platform for real estate brokers, travel agents & other businessman: static property photos become reels, luxury brochures and live websites with lead generation form in about 10 minutes, no prompts needed.

You'll be our first content hire, turning our founder & company both (11+ years in Delhi NCR real estate) into a face real estate India follows. If you can plan it, shoot it, cut it and make it stop the scroll, this is your sign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning: Build a monthly Instagram calendar for the founder's page and ReyAI.

• Ideas & Scripting: Turn real estate and AI topics into simple, relatable reel ideas and short scripts.

• Shooting: Handle framing, angles, lighting and audio on phone or camera.

• Editing: Hooks in the first 3 seconds, pacing, captions, music, transitions.

• Trend Watch: Track what's working on Instagram and adapt it fast.

• Performance Tracking: Use Instagram Insights to see what works and do more of it.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of shooting AND editing short-form video (Reels / Shorts).

• A portfolio of reels you shot and edited, with real views.

• Strong grasp of hooks, retention, trends and audio.

• Good with tech and quick to pick up AI tools.

• Comfortable working full-time from our Delhi NCR office.

Good to Have:

• Experience with real estate, startup or founder-led content.

• Experience growing a page from scratch.

• Basic Canva / thumbnail design.
