About this role
- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure. Knowledge in Microsoft products such Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, O365, Windows Endpoint OS and Servers.
- Configure and optimize video conferencing hardware (cameras, microphones, speakers, codecs, control systems).
- Integrate conferencing systems with enterprise collaboration tools and AV infrastructure.
- Perform firmware updates, patches, and upgrades for conferencing hardware/software.
- Experience with AV hardware (Crestron, Logitech, Cisco, Poly).
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data privacy standards.
- Partner with IT, AV, and network teams to ensure end-to-end reliability.
- Support executive meetings, webinars, and large-scale virtual events.
- Knowledge of installing & administering Operating Systems, laptop imaging and hardening.
- Knowledge related to AMC, licenses and inventory management.
