Video Monitoring Job Title: Video Analyst Experience: 01- 3 in years Location: CIC, Hyderabad

- Monitor incoming alarm signals using video, verifying and dispatching appropriate action items consistent with training.

- Conduct proactive virtual guard tours using remote video to identify illegal and unwarranted activity and action appropriate events.

- Perform Computer keyboard functions for console operations, telephone for responder and contact notifications and control of video using automated software. - Document accurate concise, detailed, factual and meaningful reports of events handled.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the SOC Supervisor and/shift leaders. (Key Responsibility Areas.

- Valid Alarm events detected and promptly acted upon

- Limit and reduce false alarms - Daily guard tours - Accurate reporting

- Identification of issues

Essential Skills:

- Computer keyboard skills

- Calm in stressful situations

- Ability to multitask

- Communication skills both written and verbal Desired Skills:

- Understanding of video, CCTV and or Alarm monitoring

- Video analytics

- Alarm Call Center experience
