VICIdial Expert

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VICIdial Expert with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting VICIdial call center systems. The candidate will be responsible for VICIdial configuration, campaign management, agent management, call routing, reporting, troubleshooting, and day-to-day system operations.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with VICIdial
• Strong knowledge of VICIdial campaign management
• Experience managing inbound and outbound campaigns
• Good understanding of predictive and auto-dialer operations
• Experience with agent, user, and permission management
• Knowledge of call routing, DID, extensions, and SIP
• Experience managing call recordings and call dispositions
• Strong knowledge of VICIdial reports and campaign analytics
• Ability to troubleshoot common VICIdial and telephony issues
• Experience working with call center operations
• Good understanding of VoIP and call center technologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day VICIdial operations
• Experience managing high-volume call center campaigns
• Knowledge of Asterisk and VoIP systems
• Experience with SIP providers and trunk configuration
• Knowledge of Linux server environments
• Experience with CRM and VICIdial integrations
• Experience supporting multiple call center teams
• Knowledge of call center performance metrics and KPIs
• Manage and configure VICIdial call center systems
• Create and manage campaigns, lists, and lead records
• Configure inbound and outbound calling campaigns
• Manage agents, user accounts, and agent permissions
• Configure inbound groups, call routing, and DID numbers
• Set up and manage call dispositions and statuses
• Configure predictive, auto, and manual dialing campaigns
• Monitor live calls, agents, and campaign performance
• Manage call recording and call quality settings
• Generate and analyze VICIdial reports
• Troubleshoot call connectivity and agent-related issues
• Monitor system performance and identify operational issues
• Manage phone extensions, SIP accounts, and call settings
• Coordinate with telephony and IT teams for technical issues
• Provide support and training to call center agents and supervisors
• Maintain proper campaign and system configurations
