Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Vice Principal to lead academic operations and administration at our CBSE school in Adgaon, Nashik, reporting to the Principal.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in overall school management and strategic planning
• Oversee curriculum delivery, lesson planning, assessments, and result analysis as per CBSE guidelines
• Mentor, observe, and appraise teaching staff; plan teacher training and development
• Ensure CBSE affiliation compliance, along with POCSO and safety norms
• Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a positive school culture
• Manage timetable, exam schedules, and academic records
• Engage with parents through PTMs, communication, and grievance handling
• Organise co-curricular activities, events, and annual functions
• Act as the Principal's deputy when required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in a relevant subject and B.Ed. (mandatory)
• 8+ years of CBSE teaching experience, including 5+ years in a leadership/coordinator role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/school management software
• Candidates from Nashik or willing to relocate are preferred
