Role & responsibilities :

• Drive strategic business growth and expansion initiatives
• Lead enterprise sales, client acquisition, and key partnerships
• Build and manage relationships with CXOs and major stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities across industrial and technology sectors
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure operational scalability
• Contribute towards revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term business strategy and transformation initiatives
• Represent the organization in strategic meetings, partnerships, and industry discussions
• Oversee execution of large-scale automation and enterprise projects
• Build high-performing teams and drive organizational growth initiatives

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong leadership experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, enterprise technology, or related sectors
• Proven track record in business growth, strategic expansion, and enterprise relationship management
• Experience handling large teams, cross-functional operations, and high-value business portfolios
• Strong understanding of AI, IoT, RFID, smart manufacturing, or automation-driven ecosystems preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to drive organizational growth in a fast-paced and scaling environment
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• IIT/IIM background preferred
