Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of P&C insurance solutions for clients, ensuring successful system integration and configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using various technologies.
• Provide technical guidance on application engineering best practices, architecture design patterns, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables by managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 23-30 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain knowledge including policy management, claims processing, underwriting etc. .
• Proven expertise in implementing and integrating complex systems using various technologies such as [list specific technologies].
