Job Profile:

1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Learning & Development (L&D) and Knowledge Management (KM), aligned with organizational goals.
2. Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, career growth, and overall performance.
3. Lead the development and management of knowledge management systems to capture, organize, and share organizational knowledge.
4. Identify skill gaps and drive targeted learning initiatives to improve employee competencies and organizational effectiveness.
5. Evaluate and continuously improve learning programs to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
6. Manage L&D and KM budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
7. Establish and maintain knowledge management frameworks, best practices, and processes for effective knowledge sharing.
8. Implement tools and technologies to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
9. Measure the effectiveness of learning and knowledge management initiatives through metrics, analytics, and business impact assessments.
10. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Learning & Knowledge teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
11. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, IT, and business teams to align learning and knowledge strategies with business priorities.
12. Manage external vendors and consultants to adopt innovative learning technologies and industry best practices.

1. Extensive experience in Learning & Development and Knowledge Management, preferably in senior leadership roles.
2. Proven expertise in strategic learning initiatives, leadership development, and competency building.
3. Experience implementing LMS, knowledge management systems, and digital learning solutions.
4. Strong budget management, analytical, and performance measurement skills.
5. Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational learning initiatives.
6. Excellent communication, strategic planning, and change management skills.
7. Experience managing external vendors and adopting industry best practices.
