Role Overview:

As the Vice President - Technology & Presales, you will serve as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You will lead the charge in shaping our technical roadmap while spearheading the presales engine to win complex, high-value engagements. This role involves working closely with C-suite stakeholders, engineering leads, and prospective clients to translate intricate business requirements into winning technical proposals. Your impact will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth, elevate our solution architecture standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end presales lifecycle, including technical discovery, solution design, and proposal development, to ensure high conversion rates for large-scale enterprise projects.

- Define and implement the technical strategy for the organization, ensuring our service offerings remain at the forefront of industry trends and client needs.

- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams of solution architects and technical leads to ensure consistent delivery quality and alignment with client expectations.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing leadership to identify new market opportunities and refine our value proposition for target industries.

- Oversee the architectural integrity of proposed solutions, balancing technical feasibility with commercial viability to maximize project profitability and client satisfaction.

- Represent the company as a technical thought leader in high-stakes client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to architect complex software solutions and articulate technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale presales operations and technical delivery teams within a fast-paced software services environment.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.

- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology stacks.

- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate business risks, project scope, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar engagements.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Ahmedabad, fostering direct collaboration with internal teams and visiting global clients.

- A minimum of 15 to 25 years of professional experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, or technical sales roles.

- An advanced degree in Engineering or Business Management from a premier institute is preferred.
